Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Le Grande Banquet Hall ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our venue rental, event planning, catering, and related services located at Chester, PA, and operated by Le Grande Banquet Hall.

By booking our services, accessing our website at legrandbanquethall.com, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Effective Date: These Terms are effective as of the date you accept them.

Our Services

Le Grande Banquet Hall provides the following services:

• Venue Rental: Top Hall (250 guests), Bottom Hall (150 guests), and Meeting Room (50 guests)
• Event Planning Services: Comprehensive event coordination and management
• Catering Services: Professional catering for all types of events
• Audio/Visual Equipment: Professional sound and lighting systems
• Decorations and Themes: Custom decoration and theme services
• Corporate Event Services: Business meetings, conferences, and corporate celebrations
• Wedding Services: Complete wedding planning and execution

Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservations

• All bookings require a signed contract and deposit payment
• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of signed agreement and deposit
• Event dates are held for 7 days pending contract execution
• Multiple bookings for the same date/time are not permitted

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum guest count requirements may apply depending on the venue and season
• Minimum rental periods may apply for certain dates and events
• Food and beverage minimums may be required

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% deposit required at contract signing
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due 7 days before event date
• Additional Services: Payment for additional services due upon completion

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash, check, or major credit cards
• Bank transfers for large payments
• Payment plans may be available by prior arrangement

Late Payment

Late payment fees may apply. Events may be cancelled for non-payment without refund of deposits.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellation

• More than 12 months before event: 75% refund of deposit
• 6-12 months before event: 50% refund of deposit
• 3-6 months before event: 25% refund of deposit
• Less than 3 months before event: No refund

Venue Cancellation

In the unlikely event we must cancel your event, we will provide full refund and assistance in finding alternative arrangements.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or natural disasters.

Facility Usage Rules

General Rules

• No smoking inside the facility
• No adhesive materials on walls or surfaces
• Music must end by designated time
• Guest capacity limits must be respected
• All decorations must be approved in advance

Security and Safety

• Security may be required for certain events
• Emergency procedures must be followed
• Venue staff instructions must be followed
• Unauthorized areas are strictly off-limits

Alcohol Policy

• All alcohol must be served by licensed bartenders
• No outside alcohol permitted without prior approval
• Proper permits and insurance required for alcohol service
• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests
• Host is responsible for guest behavior and compliance with local laws

Liability and Insurance

Client Responsibility

• Client is responsible for guest behavior and any damages
• Event liability insurance is strongly recommended
• Client assumes responsibility for personal property
• Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Le Grande Banquet Hall

Venue Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use information to:

• Process bookings and provide services
• Communicate about your event
• Improve our services
• Comply with legal requirements

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Photography and video of events may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chester County, Pennsylvania.
